Submit New Ticket

If there is any concern regarding our product or service, you can submit a new ticket to your account by clicking the button "Submit new ticket" in your account.

  • Subject: general description of your question
  • Type: info inquiry, complaint, website problem, suggestion
  • Priority: how urgent is your issue
  • Issue description

Note: only verified user is allowed to submit a new ticket. And please allow around 1-3 business days for us to reply to the issue.

Check Ticket

You can find the tickets submitted in your account and click the "Ticket Subject" to view the detail of the ticket.

The replies from SNOWBEY would be showed in the ticket's detail page. You can leave a message for the ticket at any time. If your issue is fixed, we may close it without notifying you or you can choose "Submit and close the ticket" when leaving a new message on your side.
