The coupons and promotions from snowbey.com allow you to use according to the specified terms and conditions to get a discount.

Coupons

When a promotion is being held, you can see the coupons offered on the promotion page. You can click and copy to use it in the shopping cart. You need to click the "Apply coupon code" button to activate it. Please make sure to use it during the validity period.

We may also send special coupons for customers separately for them to use only. You can find the coupons available in your account.

If an order used coupon is canceled, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount you paid.

Note: for cancellations due to personal reasons, coupons will not be returned. If your order was canceled due to official reasons, the coupon code will be returned.

Purchase at Promotional Price

Please check the terms and conditions for coupons and promotions. Some offers can only be used for certain categories.

There is a promotion on the item, but you can't purchase it at the promotional price could be caused by the following reasons:
